It is sad to note that airline complaints continue to increase along with the fluctuating airline services. It seems that due to the downsized economy, airline companies cannot support trainings for high-quality airline service features.

As the poor competition arises, the more deprived services are rendered to the passengers. In this regard, there is really an increase when it comes to airline complaint.
