Everyone knows that Barbados is a tropical paradise. You can't get bored here!

      During the day, there are plenty of things to do out in the open air. Barbados is the Caribbean's surfing capital, so if you're into watersports you're all set for fantastic fun in the sun! You can also do some sightseeing either in the town or in the caves, which are great fun to explore. And shopping addicts will love the busy shopping districts in Barbados, where you can find everything from quirky handicrafts sold by haggling street vendors, to quality duty free jewelery. There are loads of great malls and shopping centers that are well worth checking out for some good bargains.

      And we can't mention Barbados without mentioning the food, which is always fresh and fine! Try some national dishes like Flying Fish or Pepperpot (a popular pork stew in spicy sauce), and check  out some of the great restaurants serving all sorts of international cuisine that Barbados has to offer. Whatever your tastes, they'll keep you satisfied.
